The Honorable Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, was the keynote speaker at the opening of “Thou Shalt Not Ration Justice,” a 125th anniversary exhibit of The Legal Aid Society sponsored by the Second Circuit Committee on History and Commemorative Events in the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse. The Honorable Judith S. Kaye, Chief Judge of the State of New York, and the Honorable John M. Walker, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, also spoke at the ceremony.
