Charles Evan Hughes Named Legal Aid’s President

Charles Evans Hughes, former U.S. Supreme Court Justice and Governor of New York, became Legal Aid’s third President and enlisted the support of New York’s leading law firms. Woodrow Wilson, William Howard Taft and Theodore Roosevelt were named honorary Vice Presidents.
