Under the leadership of members of The Legal Aid Society’s Board of Directors, a volunteer panel began to undertake appeals. A victory was obtained in People v. Calloway where a conflict in the decisions dealing with the amount of proof necessary to establish the crime of unlawful entry was resolved.
