Tina Luongo, Attorney-in-Charge of the Criminal Defense Practice at The Legal Aid Society, joined the American Bar Association’s JustPod on prisons and the treatment of incarcerated people during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

To date, three New Yorkers have died from the virus at City jails and 16 have died in the custody of New York State’s Department of Correction and Community Supervision, the state agency that manages New York’s prison system.
