You may be eligible for a Regular Arrears Supplement HEAP benefit if:

• You heat your home with natural gas or electricity, OR Your heat cost is included in your rent, but you pay your own electric bill.
  AND
• Your income is at or below current income guidelines or you get Cash Assistance, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance) or SSI Code A (Supplemental Security Income) and you meet other eligibility guidelines.

You may be eligible if:

• Your income is at or below the amounts in the chart below or you receive Cash Assistance, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance) or SSI,
• You received, or are eligible to receive a Regular HEAP benefit in the current program year,
• You pay a gas or electric company directly for your gas and/or electricity, and
• Your current gas and/or electricity account(s) is/are in active collections, or otherwise facing disconnection or termination due to unpaid arrears.
