Campaign Welcome Message

Adriene Holder, Attorney-in-Charge of the Civil Practice, kicks off this year’s campaign with a special video message.

During the course of the 2020 Associates’ Campaign, over 2,000 friends and supporters came together to support the fight for equitable justice, raising more than $450,000 – reaching a record high for the third consecutive year.

The funds raised enabled our staff and attorneys to secure vital protections for New Yorkers across our city – especially members of Black and Brown communities – including tenants facing eviction and workers who lost their only source of income due to COVID-19. Their support allowed us to advocate on behalf of students who were struggling with remote learning and immigrant families facing a variety of new challenges caused by the pandemic, as well as the decades’ old injustices rooted in systemic inequity.

As the compounding crises of 2020 continue to impact the communities we serve, the 2021 Associates’ Campaign will once again serve as an opportunity for the NYC legal and business communities to come together and support our work on behalf of the most vulnerable New Yorkers.
