Our New Leadership Program (NLP) engages the next generation of young professionals through networking, volunteering, and fundraising events.

The Winter Benefit

The Winter Benefit is the largest fundraising event of The New Leadership Program’s calendar year. Each year proceeds from the event support The Legal Aid Society’s vital work providing free legal services and tools to low-income New Yorkers.

This year’s event will take place on February 26, 2026.

The Associates’ Campaign

The Associates’ Campaign has been a tradition at The Legal Aid Society for over 30 years. Led by Associates at New York City’s top law firms, the campaign brings together attorneys to engage in friendly competition and raise vital funds to support Legal Aid’s under resourced units.
