The Legal Aid Society held its 42nd Annual Children and Families Holiday Party at St. John the Divine in Harlem on Friday, December 12. Each year, Legal Aid staff members join volunteers from law firms and corporate partners across the city to spread holiday cheer to more than 300 children from low-income New York families. The event serves the communities Legal Aid represents, including clients who are unsheltered, in foster care, and those with incarcerated caregivers.
