Chief Facilities and Administration Officer

Lisa (she/her) brings extensive expertise in facilities and administrative services management to her pivotal role as Chief of Facilities and Administrative Officer at the Legal Aid Society. With a background as the Director of Facilities and Administrative Services for NYC Public Schools (formerly the NYC Department of Education), Lisa spearheaded strategic planning and execution of upgrades, renovations, and repairs across a vast network of 25 citywide locations. Her leadership extended beyond facilities management, encompassing crucial administrative functions that cultivated a positive work culture for thousands of central administrative teams.

In addition to her roles in public education, Lisa has over a decade of experience in residential services, where she implemented and executed highly effective property management programs, elevating the quality of living for residents.

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a Six Sigma certification.
